The story behind the name

GracieMae is personal.

GracieMae Solutions is named after my two daughters, Olivia Grace and Nora Maellen — the Grace and Mae behind the name. I started this business to build something centered around family, relationships, and helping other business owners succeed.

I'm more than your bookkeeper — I'm your biggest cheerleader. My favorite part of what I do is helping clients build the best version of their business by understanding their numbers and making confident decisions. Your success is my success.

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Every business is a little different, so I don't do one-size pricing. We'll start with a free consult, I'll learn what you need, and I'll give you a clear, honest quote — no surprises.

Do I have to be local, or do you work remotely?

No — I work with clients all over Arkansas, and most meetings are handled remotely. If you'd prefer to meet in person, I'm happy to make it happen with a little advance planning.

What software do you use?

QuickBooks, mostly. I can set it up fresh and clean, or untangle and clean up the QuickBooks you already have.

Are you a CPA?

No, I'm not a CPA. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have over 12 years of experience helping small businesses stay organized and understand their financials. If you have a CPA, I'll gladly work with them to make tax season as smooth as possible. If you don't, I have several trusted CPA firms I can recommend.

My books are a mess and I'm behind. Is that a problem?

Not at all! Many of my clients come to me feeling behind or overwhelmed. My job is to help you get caught up, get organized, and keep things running smoothly from there.
