This explains what happens to the information you share on graciemaesolutionsllc.com. The short version: the only thing this site collects is what you type into the contact form, and it goes straight to Brittany. There is no advertising, no tracking, and nothing is ever sold.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. Nothing on the form is required except what we need to reply to you.
Basic technical information. Our website host records ordinary server data such as IP addresses and which pages were requested, the same as any website. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not track you. There are no advertising pixels, no analytics tools, and no tracking cookies. Nothing is stored on your device, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How we use it

To reply to you and arrange your free consult.
To provide bookkeeping services if you become a client.
To keep the website working and secure.

We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

We never sell your personal information. Two service providers are involved in running this site:

Netlify hosts the website and delivers contact form submissions to Brittany.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the site displays. Loading them means your browser requests files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Client records

If you become a bookkeeping client, the financial records you share are handled separately from this website and are kept confidential. They are used only to do your work, and are never shared except with your permission or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email graciemaesolutionsllc@gmail.com and it will be taken care of. You will never be treated differently for asking.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How information is protected

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we keep what you send only as long as we need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take care with what you share.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
